I get turned on when the salon lady washes my hair. I also get turned on when I get a manicure. And when I get a massage. Especially when I get a massage. :P
Massage will do that to you... So dont think too much, its indeed a common phenomenon! Ok try this... get a massage from a man next time and see if that works the same way as getting one from a woman. I am sure all your doubts will be put to rest.
